Welcome to Live My Song. By accessing this website or purchasing from Live My Song, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Live My Song offers personalized custom songs created from the customer’s submitted story, memory, message, or dedication. Each order is a custom creative service and not a pre-made catalog product.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, one order includes one custom song and includes:

  • custom-written lyrics
  • a produced song in the requested style
  • MP3 file
  • WAV file
  • lyric sheet

All services, features, pricing, turnaround times, and included deliverables are subject to the specific product page in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Customer Submission Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and lawful information needed for order fulfillment, including names, story details, contact information, and creative preferences.

Customers may not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, abusive, infringing, or otherwise outside Live My Song’s stated content boundaries.

Live My Song reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any request that:

  • violates these Terms or the business’s content boundaries
  • includes unlawful or prohibited material
  • cannot reasonably be fulfilled within the service model
  • appears fraudulent, abusive, or misleading

If an order is declined before production begins, Live My Song may issue a refund at its discretion.

3. Payment

Payment is required before production begins.

Prices, discounts, promotions, add-ons, and available service options may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

Standard delivery is targeted at 3–5 days. Rush delivery may be offered as a paid add-on with a target turnaround of 24 hours when available and purchased.

All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Turnaround depends in part on the customer providing complete and usable submission details and a valid email address for communication and fulfillment.

Live My Song is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions, inaccurate contact information, email delivery issues outside its control, platform outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances reasonably beyond its control.

5. Creative Interpretation

Live My Song is a personalized creative service. By purchasing, the customer understands and agrees that Live My Song applies creative judgment in:

  • interpreting the submitted story, memory, message, or dedication
  • shaping and refining lyrics
  • determining tone and emotional direction
  • translating style preferences into production guidance
  • selecting and delivering the final custom song output

Because the service involves creative interpretation, the customer is purchasing a personalized artistic result, not an exact execution of an internal or unstated expectation.

6. Style and Artist References

Any artist references, song references, genre references, or style references submitted by the customer are used as directional guidance only.

Live My Song does not promise, guarantee, or offer exact imitation, replication, cloning, or recreation of any specific artist, voice, recording, composition, or copyrighted work.

7. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchase does not include unlimited revisions.

Live My Song may, at its discretion, review reasonable concerns related to whether the delivered order materially failed to match the submitted request as described. Minor preference changes, changes of mind, additional ideas submitted after purchase, or requests for a different creative direction after work has begun do not obligate Live My Song to redo the order or provide additional versions.

Any revisions, remakes, or additional work may be offered only at Live My Song’s discretion and may require an added fee.

8. Custom Order / Refund Policy

Because each song is personalized and made to order, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

For purposes of this policy, production may begin as soon as Live My Song starts reviewing the submission, developing lyrics, shaping the creative direction, building the production prompt, generating song versions, selecting outputs, or otherwise performing creative fulfillment work.

This non-refundable policy applies to both standard and rush orders.

Refunds are not automatically available because:

  • the customer submitted incorrect or incomplete information
  • the customer changes direction after work has begun
  • the customer no longer wants the order after production has started
  • the customer hoped for a different creative interpretation

If a customer believes there was a genuine delivery failure or that the service was not delivered substantially as described, the customer should contact Live My Song directly so the issue can be reviewed. Live My Song aims for customer satisfaction, but the service remains a personalized custom digital product and is not treated like a generic returnable retail item.

9. Personal Use Only

The customer is purchasing a private personalized song experience and delivered files for personal use only, including personal enjoyment, gift-giving, and private sharing with family and friends.

Unless Live My Song separately grants rights in a written agreement, the purchase does not include:

  • commercial use rights
  • resale rights
  • sublicensing rights
  • public distribution rights
  • sync or licensing rights
  • ownership transfer of underlying business methods, prompts, workflows, or production systems

Any commercial, promotional, public-release, or licensing use must be separately approved in writing.

10. Privacy and Customer Content

Customer-submitted stories, memories, names, and messages are treated as private by default and are not published publicly by default.

Final songs are delivered privately unless the customer separately grants clear permission for public use, testimonial use, or promotional sharing.

If a customer voluntarily provides a reaction video, testimonial, or other media, Live My Song may review it. Live My Song will only use that content publicly where the customer has clearly granted permission for that use.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Live My Song may suspend or restrict access to the website or service if misuse is suspected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live My Song shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the website or purchase of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live My Song’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

13. No Warranties

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Live My Song does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, or that every order will reflect any particular subjective expectation beyond the service description provided at purchase.

14. Changes to Services, Pricing, and Policies

Live My Song reserves the right to update pricing, modify offers, revise delivery timelines, change website content, discontinue services, and update these Terms or related policies at any time.

The version posted on the website at the time of use or purchase will govern, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
