Love it or we make it right

Every Live My Song order (custom songs and Songs from Santa) is made to order from your story. If we made a mistake, like a name that's misspelled or mispronounced, a detail from your story that's wrong, or a style different from what you chose, we'll redo your song once for free.

How to ask for your free redo

Email hello@livemysong.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what needs fixing. A redo takes about the same time as the original order.

What the redo doesn't cover

• New details or changes to the story after delivery (things that weren't in your form). We're happy to make a new version as a new order.
• Exact copies of a specific artist's voice or an existing song. Artist references guide the style; they aren't cloned.

Refunds

Songs are digital and personalized, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If something isn't right because of our mistake, your free redo fixes it.
