Refund policy

Live My Song creates personalized custom songs made to order. Because each song is a custom digital creative product created from the customer’s submitted story, message, memory, dedication, and preferences, orders are generally not eligible for return.

No Returns

Live My Song does not sell physical retail items under this service, so traditional product returns do not apply. Once a custom song order has been placed and production has begun, the order cannot be returned.

Refunds

Because each order is personalized and made specifically for the customer, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

Production may be considered started once Live My Song begins reviewing the submission, developing lyrics, shaping the creative direction, building the production prompt, generating song versions, selecting outputs, or otherwise performing creative work on the order.

This applies to both standard and rush orders.

Refunds are not automatically available because:

  • the customer changes their mind after purchase
  • the customer wants a different creative direction after work has begun
  • the customer submitted incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear information
  • the customer no longer wants the order after production has started
  • the customer expected an exact imitation of a specific artist, song, or recording

If There Is an Issue With the Delivered Song

Live My Song wants customers to be happy with the final result. If there is a genuine issue with the delivered order, a clear failure to provide the service as described, or a delivery problem caused by Live My Song, please contact us at hello@livemysong.com.

We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns. Depending on the situation, that may include clarification, adjustments, redelivery of files, or other reasonable support. This does not guarantee a refund, but it does mean we will work in good faith to resolve true service issues.

Personal Use and Custom Nature of the Service

Each song is a personalized commission created from the customer’s submitted story and preferences. Because of the custom nature of the service, Live My Song is not treated like a standard returnable retail product.

Wrong Email or Delivery Problems

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate order details. If a delivery issue happens because of incorrect customer information, Live My Song will make reasonable efforts to help complete delivery, but delays caused by incorrect submitted information do not automatically create refund eligibility.
